A T Ramaswamy Committee terms Judicial Layout Illegal.

A T Ramaswamy committee on land encroachment has termed the judicial layout formed by Karnataka judicial department employees housing society. The committee says the society has violated the land reform and revenue laws. The entire 404 sites on entire 193 acres in Allasandra village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, has been termed illegal and citizens have been advised to show restrian in any transactions in this layout.

India’s Forex Reserve Is At 204.13 Billion USD.

India’s forex reserve increased by USD 254 Million to stand at 204.135 Billion USD. The reserve position at IMF stood at 463 Million USD, unchanged from the previous week.

IMP Has Put 27% of Land for Development Remaining 73% as Green Belt.

BMRDA’s Interim Master Plan will be valid for upto 2021 or till a new plan gets notified. Total extent of land in 5 towns around Bangalore is 2600 sq km. The master plan for 5 towns namely Anekal, Hoskote, Magadi,

Government of Karnataka has notified IMP submitted by BMRDA.

GOK has notified the Interim Master Plan covering 9 lakh Acres other than BDA area. The IMP will be put for public display for objections. In the meanwhile the developers can breathe easily as the plan may get moving and BMRDA will start accepting applications for land conversion as per the guidelines specified by IMP.
