I have a site in the fortune valley layout in Dasarahalli behind hebbal tank , on convrted land purchased 10 yers back . I want to apply for regularisation as per sakrama scheme . I have come to canada on august 26th and shall be returning only on january 7th 2008 . It is mentioned in the deccan herald that persons who are outside India need not rush back for this purpose . Will our application and fees will be accepted without any penalty . Please reply .
