A T Ramaswamy JLC has submitted the final report, which was tabled in both houses of legislature on thursday. The report slammed people who have been fooling common citizens and taking away their life savings by selling government lands illegaly by fabricating documents. This should be protested from all fronts and from all means. The common citizens right to own plots of lands for their homes and businesses should have legal and marketable titles, so that their hard earned money is put to use in proper way and the properties should be passed on to their loved ones, so that they unlock their priced properties value and use the proceeds in their difficult times. The report finds that their are 33,812 people who have encroached government land. How and when the government wants to take legal action on this people is a million dollar question. Citizens are adviced and should look forward to the final report to be made public by the government. I think that government should put up the final report with the relevant maps on government website, so that citizens will know which property is illegal and which is not and it will help them in their investment plan.
