Master Plan 2015 approved by the cabinet few days back has some provisions which will make developers and citizens smile and be happy.
1.The plan has the provision for buildings to be built upto 24 meters in height as in other metropolitain cities. This could be commercial or residential.
2.The FAR is also been increased from previous 2 to 3 and propotionally for other limits too. There is also additional FAR provision like 4 in and around Metro junctions.
3.Rainwater harvesting made mandatory. Building owners to get 5% concession on property tax.
3.Buildings with solar heating and lighting to get 2% concession on property tax.
4.Private land of 100 Acres abutting a 18M roads can be used for self-sustained integrated township.
5.The builders should put in all the fire safety norms in the buildings and NOC from fire forces dept not required but the certificate/affidavit from the architech is required.
