Devanahalli airport could get a high speed train connected from BRV grounds in MG road to the Bangalore International Airport. The total cost could be around Rs.4000 crores for a strech of 28 Km. Government has plans to have the train on elevated platform. As of now the project is not yet approved but it may get a nod from the cabinet in the near future. The project may take two years from the approval. The high speed trains are required all over India as China has done it. They almost have around 360 high speed trains criss-crossing China.
