Karnataka CM may approve the IMP submitted by BMRDA.

This is from the reliable sources that Karnataka CM may approve the IMP - Interim Master Plan for 8000 Sq.km in Bangalore urban and rural districts. The real estate developers are in a fix, as they might lose out on the investments they have made for projects and the interest cost may eat up their profits. One more problem is the inflation at almost 6.09% and interest rates going up like nobody’s buisness, government might put some of the land in agricultural zone, than no development could take place in this zone. Nobody for sure know which land will come under which zones. But the interim master plan will give some light on this vexed issue which is really troubling the real estate industry. Some of the plans are already on BMRDA website and their sister local planning area official websites. Citizens could look at this maps and submit their objections as and when the govenment approve and release the same for public. Other than BIAAPA which is already been approved long back, the links for other websites.
