Ascendas, a singapore based business space solutions provider, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and Maharashtra Airport Development Company to develop two mega projects. One in Pune and Nagpur. In Pune, 2.5 Million sq.ft. of built up space will spread across 25 acres, to be completed in five phases. In Nagpur, 4.5 million sq.ft., of built up space and spread across 63 acres within upcoming Multi-Modal International Hub Airport (MIHAN). The total project cost of both the projects is 1,625 Crores.
