This investment is for a layout in Bellary road where the International Airport is scheduled to open operation in 2008. Minimum investment is Rs.1crore/person. My fees is 5% of the invested amount for facilitating the investment for the company through you. The investor will pay my fee.
2.Investment in BDA approved residential apartment project in hosur road, which is scheduled for launch in approx in 6 months time. Pre booking offer for the entire payment in the first stage with a agreement to buyback the entire investment from the company in 2 year time with a minimum return of 15%/year. The offer is from a reputed land developer based in central bangalore with successfull completion of the large layouts in and around Bangalore. The developer is holding 30 acres land in BDA area. Minimum investment is Rs.5crore/person. My fees is 5% of the invested amount for facilitating the investment for the company through you. The investor will pay my fee.
